New Patient FAQs
How do I become a patient?
If you are a current dermatology patient at another clinic, please call 616-320-5450 to schedule. If you are new to dermatology, please call your insurance to see if you need a referral. If you need a referral, contact your primary care provider to request one, and then we will call you to schedule when we receive your referral. If you do not need a referral, please call 616-320-5450 to schedule an appointment.
Do you offer telemedicine?
We do not offer telemedicine for new patient appointments.
What if I need to be seen right away?
If you have a referral for psoriasis, eczema, or HS, and are in need of immediate care, please call 616-320-5450 and we will get you in as quickly as possible, if not the next morning. We want you to have high quality care in the timely manner that your skin demands. Please call us before going to urgent care!
